Are you insured?
AYes. Commercial General Liability Insurance CGL: Our general insurance policy number CN104189200. OC Wide Painting has a Worker’s Comp insurance policy with Sirius America Insurance, WC 8554100. This means you can hire us without having to worry about any potential insurance issues.

Can you provide the references?
AYes, we’re more than happy to provide references – our business was built on, and continues to grow from, word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business from our existing customer base.

Will you help me with paint colors?
AYes, we can help you to choose the colors which would best suit your home or business as part of the color consultation we offer each of our clients. We can also recommend a visit to any local Dunn Edwards paint store – their color advisor specialists provide excellent advice on this subject.

What paint brands do you use?
AWe almost exclusively use Dunn Edwards paints for our residential and commercial projects. We can, however, source paints from any of the other leading paint manufacturers such as Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, Vista Paints or imported paints such as Farrow & Ball.

Are you available to work on large commercial painting projects?
AOC Wide Painting is typically engaged on a number of different commercial projects at different points during the year. Please contact us for a quote based on your current commercial requirements.

Do you accept the credit cards?
AUnfortunately we don’t accept credit cards as a form of payment, but we do accept personal or business checks made payable to OC Wide Painting.

Will you ask for any down payment before you start the job?
AWe typically ask for 10% of the overall contract fee to be paid before we start on your project. This is standard business practice for the vast majority of painting service companies in North America.

Is there any  warranty for a project?
AWe provide each of our customers with a 4-year limited warranty on any work we do. This limited warranty only covers paint failure.

Warranty exclusions:

– Settling, movement, and structural defects

– Wear and tear

– Horizontal surfaces

– Peeling layers of paint which existed prior to the work performed by OC Wide Painting
